SASSA has confirmed the official payment dates for October 2026. This is the verified schedule for all permanent grants and the SRD R370 grant.

SRD R370 Grant: 26 to 30 October 2026 (Batches)
SASSA confirmed this week that October payments will start on 2 October and be staggered over several days to ease pressure on banks and retailers.
For the SRD R370 grant, there is NO single fixed date. Payments are processed in batches during the last week of the month. You must check your individual status.
