Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:

Knowledge of personnel registry, PERSAL and archive rules relating to personnel records is an additional recommendation.
Duties
The successful candidate will be responsible for duties including:
- Writing standard letters to institutions and government departments.
- Handling basic PERSAL enquiries.
- Opening and maintaining personnel files.
- Receiving and posting documents.
- Maintaining registers and files.
- Ensuring that personnel records are properly maintained.
